Classroom Aquarium

2nd grade, Printmaking and oil pastels on paper.

Second graders learned how to use texture to create interesting details in their artwork. They carved their own fish designs into foam boards to create printing plates. They then rotated their papers among their tablemates to share their fish designs with one another. Finally added oil pastel drawing to develop the image.
